On April 12, some members of the CHAOS program assisted the Women's Auxilary of Columbia Memorial Hosipital pack items at St. Luke's church from their tag sale.  The proceeds of the sale will help provide supplies for patient care including pillows, mattresses, blood pressure cuffs and IV stands.  There is another sale planned for August; details will be passed on as they become available.  Pictures are posted on the "Albums" page.  Good Job girls!

Please mark your calendars for these upcoming CHAOS fundraising activities.

* Spaghetti Dinner at LaBella's in Hudson on Sunday, October 20th from 3pm to close.  Each team member is asked to try to sell at least 5 tickets.  Tickets need to be turned in by October 13th to Kristin or Melanie.  See the "Handouts" section of the website to download the order form.

* Bake Sale at the Hudson Wal-Mart Saturday, October 26th from 8-2. Each team member is asked to bake some goodies. We will have a sign up to work the tables. Some ideas include:  3 cookies in a baggie, mini breads, cupcakes, mini coffee cakes, brownie bars-all individually wrapped.

* Applebee’s breakfast Saturday, November 9^th in Hudson. Information will be handed out in October.

* Five Guys/TCBY gift cards. They will make great holiday gifts and stocking stuffers!  Managers will be handing out order forms or can be downloaded from the "Handouts" page.  Completed forms need to be back to Christa, Melanie or Kristin by November 1. 

* Super Bowl squares for all of the gamblers- December/January.

* Candy bars- We will be asking each team member to try and sell 50 candy bars. We will be doing this in February/March.
