NC Chaos Cryptonite 12U went 5 and 0 this weekend . Chaos Defeated Liverpool Blue Reign 14U 10-1 in Game 1, Game 2 Chaos beat Homerun Softball 12u 11-0, In Game 3 We defeated Rome Spirit II 14u 13-2 to end the day seeded 1st We played the semi final game 1 Sunday and defeated the #4 seed Rome Spirit II in a back and forth game 8-7 and went on to the Championship Game to face the #2 seed Baldwinsville Swarm 14U 11-0 in 4 1/2 innings, Chaos came out strong with a 4 run 1st inning on back to back hits by Holliday, Sitcer and Walsh and a base clearing triple by Ava Heffner , Chaos never let off and went on to score 7 more runs in the next 3 innings to win 11-0

In Stats The team recorded 54 hits and 51 runs scored only allowing 11 runs all weekend, Liz Holliday Had 7 singles 1 triple, 2 sac bunts 3 rbi's and 8 runs scored, Riley Sitcer had 5 singles, 1 triple , 6 rbi's and 8 runs scored, Makayla Walsh had 5 singles, 3 doubles, 9 rbi's and 9 runs scored, and 3 sacs Grace Alvarez had 4 walks, 2 singles, 2 rbi's and 3 runs scored and 2 hbp, Paige Eitleman had 2 walks, 5 singles, 1 double, 6 rbi and 4 runs scored , Ava Heffner 4 singles, 1 triple 7 rbi's and 4 runs scored and 2 sacs, Skylar Waterhouse 2 walks, 5 singles 4 rbi's and 6 runs scored, Aubrey proper, 2 walks, 1 singles, Gabby Logue, 5 singles, 1 triple 3 rbi's and 3 runs scored and 1 sac, Hannah Pinto 2 walks, 1 singles and 2 sacs , and Emily Mesick 4 singles, 1 sac and 2 rbi's and 4 runs scored.

Sharing the pitching duties Emily Mesick and Gabby Logue had 28 k's and 5 walks only allowing 11 runs on the weekend. Behind the plate Walsh (with help from Sitcer, Holliday, Heffner, Logue and Pinto) had 10 pick offs for the weekend including a double play .

Overall the team did Awesome and was the team to beat for sure . I am proud of these girls we are a fairly young 12 u team competring in a 14u tournament and taking 1st place makes me so happy , The girls have put so much time and effort in this and it shows, I also want to Thank the parents for all there travel and time and expense they endure, We all appreciate it!!
